I am Anita Martinez Espinosa- your friendly, empathetic, and energetic REALTOR! I was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and raised in Montgomery, Texas. Joyfully, I had the privilege of experiencing both sets of cultures my entire life, and I truly pride myself in equally representing my Mexican and Texan roots to this day. I appreciatively do speak both Spanish and English fluently, as well! Growing up in a small town, my family and I often had to commute to visit other neighboring communities for various necessities. My early history and knowledge of these surrounding towns have allowed me to become very familiar with this northern suburban area of Houston, which is now a major benefit to me as a REALTOR. I genuinely enjoy helping people and cultivating lasting relationships with all whom I have the pleasure of meeting and assisting professionally and personally. Following and stemming from an 18 year profession working as a customer service representative, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate where I continue to focus on providing the highest quality customer service. I can honestly express that client services is my specialty! My ultimate mission as an agent will always be to earnestly give clients my most helpful guidance and provide them with the most positive experience possible, while simultaneously getting the most value for their investments.
